RSI verification proves that the Discord-authenticated account controls the claimed public Roberts Space Industries handle. Verification health is separate from membership standing.
Enter The Correct Handle
Open the authenticated onboarding flow and enter the public RSI handle shown on your Citizen Dossier. The form needs the handle, not an email address, Discord name, or contact name. If you paste an RSI profile URL, the website may reduce it to the handle before checking it.
Review the normalized handle before continuing. A misspelled handle can lead to a profile-not-found result or can point at the wrong public profile.
Place The Verification Token
- Generate or reveal the unique token on the RSI verification step.
- Sign in to RSI and open the profile editor shown by the onboarding instructions.
- Place the complete token in the Citizen Dossier Bio.
- Save the RSI profile.
- Return to Titan's onboarding page and run the verification check.
The check reads the public RSI profile and looks for the complete token. The website stores verification state and history separately from membership standing.
Understand A Failed Check
- Profile not found: Confirm that the handle is the public RSI handle and that it is spelled correctly.
- Token missing: Confirm that the complete token is in the Citizen Dossier Bio, then save the profile again.
- Recently saved profile: Wait a few minutes and retry in case RSI has not published the new profile text yet.
- RSI unavailable, timed out, or rate limited: Keep the same account state and retry later. An availability failure is not proof that the handle is invalid.
- Repeated failure: Use the displayed support path so an admin can review the non-sensitive status without asking you to publish credentials.
After Verification
Successful direct verification allows an eligible Unverified account to become a Guest. It does not automatically approve Member standing. A healthy verified Guest can complete onboarding preferences and wait for an authorized Member review.
If an established Guest or Member is directed back to verification, use the same repair step. Membership standing and verification health are displayed as separate concepts, so repairing verification does not require recreating the account.
Keep Credentials Private
Do not paste Discord OAuth codes, browser cookies, session identifiers, or private configuration into a support message. Use only the account and verification status the website intentionally displays. The verification token belongs in the RSI bio for the check, not in a public Discord channel.
