Titan currently coordinates event scheduling manually and through Discord or Sesh. The website provides public event orientation and member operation tools, but it is not yet a first-party event calendar, signup, RSVP, roster, or attendance system.
Find The Current Announcement
Start with the public Events page, then follow the current Discord or event source named there. Use the current announcement as the authority for the event's time and broad activity. Avoid relying on an old message, screenshot, or hard-coded sample date.
Public announcements may provide enough information for recruiting or open participation. Guest- or Member-visible Discord channels can contain additional details such as muster location, voice destination, requested preparation, assignments, or last-minute updates.
Before An Event
- Re-open the current announcement close to the event time.
- Check whether updated details are in Discord or Sesh.
- Read any audience-specific guidance available to your current membership level.
- Ask the listed organizer or established support channel when a required detail is missing.
Do not treat access to the public event page as a confirmed signup or assigned event role. The current website does not record those states.
Website Operation Tools Are Separate
Authorized Members may see an Operations Console below the public Events page. That console manages temporary Discord voice resources for live operations. It does not create an event record, publish a calendar entry, accept an RSVP, or expose attendance history.
If a control is absent, the relevant capability or feature may not be enabled for the current account. Follow the page's disabled-state guidance or contact an admin; do not infer authority from a Discord title or from access to this article.
Current Limits
Titan has not yet adopted a first-party website workflow for event recurrence, capacity, waitlists, roles, reminders, or Discord scheduled-event sync. Until that product is designed and released, the current Discord/Sesh announcement and its organizer remain the source for participation details.
